Lauren Empey is a real estate broker and attorney with a passion for San Diego "dirt." After practicing real estate law for several years, she founded Empey Realty with the goal of bringing a higher level of service and expertise to clients in their real estate sales & purchases than you can find anywhere else.

I highly advise to go out and tour the neighborhood BEFORE seeing the home - my wife and I did this and it made all of our lives that much easier.
