These two 3-bedroom/3-bath units have been carefully outfitted to offer the luxury of a high-end beach hotel with the conveniences of home. Choose from the Penthouse or the Playa Patio, each approximately 1,600 square feet, or rent both units for larger groups.

Both units have fully retractable doors opening the living areas to the Pacific Ocean, and master bedrooms with private oceanview patios on the second floor.
The Playa Patio takes up the entire first floor and half of the second floor, with a 1-car attached garage and one extra parking space. It has an exclusive use beach-front patio with fire pit and outdoor shower.

The Penthouse is located on the third floor and half of the second floor of the building. Again the focus is on the ocean, with fully retractable doors opening to a large patio with a full patio dining set and built-in gas BBQ grill. This unit also has a detached 2-car side-by-side garage.

Full patio sets and lounge chairs make these spaces so comfortable you might not even make it over the sea wall to the beach. There are private built-in BBQ grills for each unit, to complement the gourmet chef's kitchens with high end appliances and housewares.
